We are delighted to announce that this year-end marks the 20th anniversary of Inion’s founding.
The history of our company dates back to December 1999. Back then, a group of far-sighted founders – three biopolymer scientists, a surgeon and an economist – shared a common dream:
Inion would become distinctively known worldwide for its innovative, bioabsorbable surgical implants that enable excellent surgical care. The surgeons would benefit from safe, effective, and easy-to-use products while the patients would lead a happier life without having to worry about permanent implants in their bodies. Only days before the new Millennium was celebrated worldwide, Inion was founded.
And what inspirational two decades we have had! As a result of the close and fruitful co-operation between our company and all of you – medical professionals, scientists, distributors, patients, authorities, and our in-house experts – we have been able to bring many bioabsorbable and bioactive surgical implants to the operating rooms.
